  1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “Client”) and TRAFFLINKS.COM (“TraffLinks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order on TRAFFLINKS.COM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes that materially affect your rights will be communicated with reasonable notice.

  1. Definitions
  • Services: Website traffic delivery, advertising campaigns, content placement, and related digital marketing services as described at the time of purchase.
  • Visitor: A visit delivered to a Client’s website through TraffLinks’ traffic delivery systems.
  • Campaign: A purchased Service configured according to the Client’s selections.
  1. Order Activation

A Campaign is considered active once traffic delivery has commenced or any portion of the Service has been provided to the Client’s website.

  1. Scope of Services

4.1.  TraffLinks provides website Visitor traffic and related promotional Services through partner networks.

4.2.  TraffLinks does not guarantee sales, conversions, signups, rankings, engagement metrics, or any specific business or marketing outcomes.

4.3.  The Client is solely responsible for the content, legality, and compliance of their website and represents that their website complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights.

4.4.  TraffLinks may refuse, suspend, or discontinue Services to any website that contains illegal, harmful, deceptive, or prohibited content.

4.5.  TraffLinks may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services where required for compliance, security, or operational reasons.

4.6.  Backlink and content placement services, where offered, involve third-party websites and platforms. Placement availability, publication timelines, and link attributes may vary, and no specific ranking or SEO outcome is guaranteed.

  1. Limitations

You agree that you will not use, or allow any third party to use, the Services or Website in connection with material that contains:

  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or unlawful content
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Deceptive or fraudulent content
  • Inflammatory religious content
  • Content associated with hate, criminal, or terrorist activity
  • Hate speech directed at individuals or groups
  1. Order Review & Delivery Time

6.1.  Once a Campaign is started, submitted URLs may undergo a manual review to ensure compliance with advertising and platform policies.

6.2.  Approval is typically completed within one (1) hour but may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.

6.3.  Campaigns may require up to twenty-four (24) hours after approval or changes to stabilize and reach daily delivery levels. This does not affect the total Visitor volume purchased.

  1. Tracking and Analytics

7.1.  Traffic delivery is tracked through TraffLinks’ provided tracking links.

7.2.  Reported Visitor counts may differ from third-party analytics platforms due to browser settings, cookie restrictions, ad blockers, or privacy controls.

7.3.  No specific engagement duration, Visitor behavior, or analytics parity across platforms is guaranteed.

  1. Traffic Delivery and URL Accuracy

8.1.  Traffic is delivered to the URL provided at the time of order. TraffLinks is not responsible for errors in submitted URLs.

8.2.  Traffic delivered to an incorrect, inaccessible, or unavailable URL is not eligible for credit or refund.

8.3.  If a website is unavailable due to downtime, maintenance, or technical issues beyond TraffLinks’ control, traffic delivered during that period is not refundable.

  1. Campaign Hold Requests

Clients may request in writing to place a Campaign on hold. Traffic delivered prior to the hold request is not refundable. Once the issue is resolved, the Campaign may resume.

  1. Support and Availability

Support requests must be submitted via email. While we aim to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, immediate responses are not guaranteed.

  1. Fraud Prevention

All orders are subject to fraud screening. TraffLinks reserves the right to reject or cancel Campaigns associated with phishing, malware, illegal activity, or other fraudulent behavior.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials on the Website are the intellectual property of TraffLinks and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

  1. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

13.1.  Payment for all Services is required in full at the time an order is submitted. By placing an order, the Client authorizes TraffLinks to charge the selected payment method for the applicable fees.

13.2.  Prices for Services are displayed on the Website and form part of these Terms. TraffLinks reserves the right to update prices at any time prior to purchase. Charges apply based on the price shown at the time the order is placed.

13.3.  TraffLinks accepts payments through major credit and debit cards and other payment methods made available via its payment processors.

13.4.  TraffLinks guarantees delivery of the purchased Visitor volume. Refunds are issued strictly based on delivery status as outlined below.

13.5.  If the purchased Visitor volume is not delivered, the Client may request a refund for the undelivered portion of the Service.

13.6.  Where a Service has been partially delivered, the Client may be eligible for a prorated refund corresponding only to the unused or undelivered portion.

13.7.  Once a Campaign has been substantially delivered, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

13.8.  TraffLinks does not guarantee sales, conversions, signups, rankings, engagement metrics, or any specific business or marketing outcomes. Refunds are not issued based on performance results.

13.9.  Campaigns involving illegal, malicious, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content may be cancelled without refund.

13.10. Subscription Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis from the Campaign start date and continue until cancelled by the Client.

13.11.  The Client may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting customer support via email. Cancellation stops future billing but does not affect Services already paid for.

13.12.  If a subscription is cancelled, the Client may request a prorated refund for unused traffic credits in the final billing period, subject to the delivery status outlined above.

13.13.  Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the Client’s bank or card issuer.

  1. Disputes and Resolution

If the Client experiences an issue with the Services, they are encouraged to contact TraffLinks support at support@trafflinks.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Client’s right to initiate a dispute or chargeback with their card issuer or payment provider in accordance with applicable laws and card network rules.

  1. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law.
