These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “Client”) and TRAFFLINKS.COM (“We” or “Us”). By placing an order on TRAFFLINKS.COM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, but we will provide you with reasonable notice of any changes that may adversely affect your rights.
All services provided on TRAFFLINKS.COM are considered active once the first unique visitor is delivered to the Client’s website or any part of the service is delivered.
You agree that in connection with your use of the Sites, you will not, and will not allow any third party to:
Once a client starts a campaign, it is automatically created on our partner networks’ advertising platform and undergoes a manual review of submitted URLs to ensure compliance with our advertising policy. Approval of submitted URLs is usually completed within 1 hour but can take up to 24 hours during busy periods (e.g., Christmas season), weekends, or up to 48 hours during long state holidays.
Your campaigns may need 24 hours to fully adapt to receive their daily volume of visitors after approval or recent changes. This will not impact your total volume of visitors ordered as we provide 24/7 monitoring and automatic adjustments to ensure the total volume is met.
The Client is responsible for the payment of all unique visitors (traffic) delivered to their website and for all services provided. Payment is required for all traffic sent to your website, as well as for guest post backlinks services.
TRAFFLINKS.COM does not guarantee sales or signups, and refunds will not be issued if these are not achieved.
Subscriptions recur monthly. Clients are responsible for taking action before renewal if they do not want their subscription to renew automatically. You are responsible for ensuring that the credit card associated with your account or subscription is up to date, that the information is accurate, and that you are authorized to use it. If we cannot charge your credit card, we may cancel your subscription, and you may lose access to the Service and any data associated with your subscription.
Traffic will be delivered to the website URL provided with the order. If there is an error in the submitted URL, TRAFFLINKS.COM is not responsible for that error. Any traffic delivered to an incorrect URL will not be credited or refunded.
If your website is down or unavailable for any reason, TRAFFLINKS.COM is not responsible, and any traffic delivered during this downtime will not be credited or refunded.
If any issues arise, including those not listed but clearly intended, the Client can request in writing to put the campaign on hold. Once the issue is resolved, the campaign will resume. However, any traffic already sent will not be credited or refunded.
We use a state-of-the-art tracking system that assigns a unique campaign ID to track visitors to your website by day and time. Each time a visitor stays on your website for more than a minimum of 20 seconds, it counts as one visitor and is deducted from your account.
Note: We do not accept Google Analytics as proof of delivery because it cannot read third-party cookies set through our tracking. Instead, we recommend using our provided stats panel or other traffic counters like AWStats, Webalizer, or StatCounter.
Our support staff is available nearly 24 hours a day. All requests must be submitted through the support center. While we strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, immediate support may not always be available.
Every order placed is subject to a fraud rating to detect potential fraudulent activity, such as phishing or malware distribution. We reserve the right to reject any order if we believe the site may turn fraudulent during a campaign. If this occurs, we will notify you of our findings.
Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

By using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We may update this policy from time to time, so please review it regularly.
1. All unused credits are eligible for a full 100% refund.
2. If the purchased service has been partially delivered, the client is entitled to a refund for the unused part of the payment.
3. If the service has been provided and the client has communicated a refund request, Trafflinks will do its best to stop and reverse the project execution so that the client can receive a partial or full refund. In such cases, Trafflinks may decline the refund request.
4. The refund is provided by reversing the client’s original payment. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the client’s bank to reflect the refund in the card statement.

1. Any subscription can be canceled at any time from the member area or by contacting customer service
